目前（10月4日）下午2点30分，根据网络上传出的消息显示Celcom，在全马各地出现断线的情况，根据网络上的消息指出，多个州属的Celcom用户今天下午约2时55分出现“无线路”状态，无法上网也无法通话，导致大批用户涌入Celcom官方Facebook的帖文底下反映及投诉。

对于线路不稳定的问题，天地通在留言区道歉，并表示他们正在抢修，也建议用户时不时检查讯号是否已恢复。

根据网民的反映，没有讯号的地区几乎遍及全马，包括雪隆地区、槟城乔治市、柔佛新山、赛城、布城、砂拉越古晋等地。
