在过去的三月，Grab就正式收购了竞争对手Uber在东南亚的所有业务，一时之间就造成了东南亚区电子召车服务的垄断。虽然现在情况已经米已成炊，看似已经无法回头，但是今天新加坡反垄断机构CCCS却宣布将会插手这件收购案，并表示将对Grab和Uber两家公司罚款，以惩戒这两家公司大幅减少当地的电子召车服务的竞争，甚至还有可能叫停这两家公司之间的合并！
